Friday I had a good back/ab workout. I was tired, but felt great afterward. I'm so happy my deltoids continue to be virtually pain free (sometimes I have a little pain in the middle of the night).
Pull-downs 90#/15 x 3 sets
Smith Dead Lift 40#/15 x 3 sets
Wide Row 45#/20 x 3 sets
Cable Row 30#/20 x 3 sets (on each arm)
Bench crunches 3 sets of 20
Sit-ups holding dumbbell 7.5#/15
Bicycles 50
Reverse Crunches 20
Side crunches 30
Side Plank pushups 15 on each side
Planks hold 35 seconds
Pushups (REAL ONES!!) 3 sets of 15 !! Whoa yah baby ... 45 of them!!!
Precor Elliptical ... 17 minutes only. I was tired.
