Workout Tues. 7/8

Today was leg day, and my regular joint workout with my gym friend. WE merge our 2 sessions together so we get an hour with our trainer instead of individual 30-minute sessions.

Seated Leg Curl 75#/20 x 3 sets
Cybex Iso Leg Press 90#/20, then 2 sets of 110#/20
Hip Abduction 70#/15 x 3 sets
Hip Adduction 70#/20 x 3 sets
Butt Blaster 50#/15 x 3 sets (on each leg)
Walking Lunges 15# dumbbell 2 lengths of gym
Side Lunges 15# dumbbell 2 lengths of gym
Bench Crunches 3 sets of 30
FULL PUSHUPS !!! 45 (3 sets of 15)
Situps w/7.5# dumbbell - 15
Straight Leg Lift - 15
Elbow to Knee reach 15 on each side
Bicycles 2 sets of 40
Reverse Crunches 2 sets of 15
Stretching

No cardio since I had to get somewhere, but after an hour of legs & abs, I was more than ready to go home anyway. I love being totally sweaty after a workout.
