Saturday 7/5 weigh-in
Yipeeeeee!!!! Today I weighed in and I lost 4 pounds this week !!! Weeee!, I'm happy. I am hoping for a 2-pound loss this week. I am feeling good, and in control.

About me ...
I am a 40-something wife and mother and I've battled with being overweight most of my life. I got bitten by the fitness bug in 2005 when I joined the gym and hired a trainer. As of October 2007 I had lost nearly 50 pounds from my all-time high (non-pregnant) weight and went from a size 16/18 to a 10. Although I've gained a few pounds back, and probably closer to a 12 than a 10, I'm still the happiest I've ever been and I feel great. I'm still a work in progress. I am in better shape (and a smaller size) than when I was in high school. Why, oh why, didn't I do this years ago ??? I'm working with new trainers now, and would like to lose 25 more pounds. Oh, and can I mention that I can do 45 pushups (3 sets of 15)???? Whoo yah, full style, none of these "on-the-knees" pushups !!!!!!! I am woman hear me roar!
